Idaho Environmental Education Conference 2008

The 8th annual Idaho Environmental Education Conference, our state’s premier annual gathering for those passionate about learning and our environment was held Friday, February 29, and Saturday, March 1, at the Owyhee Plaza in Boise.  This conference, the annual meeting of the Idaho Environmental Education Association (IdEEA), attracts more than 200 teachers and non-formal educators.

Professional Development Focus: Our whole-group training workshop was entitled “Inquiry in your own Backyard.” Pat Otto, PLT coordinator from Washington State, led participants through the process of designing field investigations.
